Thomas is a proud United States Air Force veteran, a 30+ year seasoned oil & gas professional and a licensed real estate professional and co-founder of The Bingley Group, the real estate division of T&T Legacy Partners. With a background in both residential and commercial real estate, Thomas is passionate about helping clients make smart, confident property decisions - whether buying a dream home, selling an investment property, or building generational wealth.
Thomas believes that real estate is more than a transaction - it's about relationships, strategy and vision. His calm demeanor, attention to detail and dedication to results make him a trusted partner for every step of the journey.

Tierra is a licensed real estate professional and the visionary behind Tee's Mobile Notary Services offering certified and reliable mobile notary services to clients across the Houston area. Known for her professionalism, efficiency and warm personality, Tierra ensures that every client feels confident and cared for - whether signing legal documents or finalizing real estate deals.
In addition to her notary services, Tierra's natural eye for design led to the launch of Stage It!, the home staging division of T&T Legacy Partners. Her creative spirit, strong client relationships and commitment to excellence shine through in every deal and design she touches.
